Job summary

Exton Post Acute is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, and support front-desk operations in a welcoming, professional manner. This part-time role runs one day per week, 2 PM–10 PM, with EOW coverage and benefits like Daily Pay.

A current CNA license is strongly preferred, with prior customer service experience, healthcare exposure, and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced front-desk setting
• Professional, welcoming presence and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and accurately
• Provide information and directions to residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Perform clerical duties to support front-desk operations
• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors
• Coordinate information flow and centralize front-desk communications
• Maintain calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities
