Job summary

SEV Laser seeks a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact and deliver an elevated client experience in a fast-paced clinic. You will handle scheduling, educate clients on services, and support sales while upholding SEV standards.

Ideal candidates will have receptionist or customer service experience, strong sales skills, and excellent communication. Weekend availability and proficiency with scheduling systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Front Desk Operations: warmly greet clients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions.
• Support scheduling flow, answer calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments.
• Promote services, memberships, and retail products and maintain up-to-date pricing.
