This entry-level position is ideal for high school or college students seeking professional experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment; training is provided.

As the first contact for customers, you will greet visitors, answer calls, help with daily dealership operations, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• File and organize daily paperwork.
• Process customer down payments and cashier transactions for sales, service, and parts.
• Assist sales staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Prepare coffee and maintain a clean, fully stocked coffee bar.
• Help with other general office duties as needed.
