Bolivar Ford is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere and support daily dealership operations.

No prior experience required—high school or college students are encouraged to apply. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within Golden Circle Auto Group.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• File and organize daily paperwork.
• Process customer down payments and cashier transactions for sales, service, and parts.
• Assist sales staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Prepare coffee and maintain a clean, fully stocked coffee bar.
• Help with other general office duties as needed.
