The Lash Lounge is hiring a Front Desk Associate for our Lake Oswego - Windward location to deliver exceptional guest service and drive memberships. You will be pivotal in selling memberships, retail products, and booking clients while maintaining a warm, inviting front desk presence.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience, preferably in a beauty salon setting.
• Customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MindBody software is a plus.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our Lake Oswego - Windward location. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales

• Must be able to work weekends. Work schedule will be Fridays and Saturdays, from 9am to 6pm.
