The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.

Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform guests about ways to improve their stay.
Handle cash and credit transactions.
Check guests in and out efficiently—collect IDs, distribute room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs—record and act on their preferences, and handle messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
Be a trusted contact for all guests, assisting with billing issues, local knowledge, and involving management when necessary.
Follow safety procedures diligently—report incidents and wear protective gear as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
Keep informed about the day’s events and activities.
Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties as required.

What We Need from You –

Our hotel operates 24/7 to cater to guest needs. Shifts will be assigned, but flexibility is required to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Excellent communication skills—able to address guest concerns and compliments.
Strong problem-solving skills—turn issues into positive experiences.
Fluency in the local language—additional languages are a plus.
Literate and tech-savvy—comfortable with reading, writing, basic math, and computers.
Flexibility—willing to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Educational qualifications—high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Experience—preferably at least one year in a front desk or guest service role.
Physical strength—capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
