CUSA, LLC's Mount Vernon Grand Hotel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent for the 2nd shift. We seek friendly, energetic individuals with customer service experience who can work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

You will work independently yet collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest service, handle basic account procedures, and answer guest questions about the hotel and local area while upholding hotel policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Agent will work independently while providing excellent guest service and following hotel procedures.
• Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
• Guest security and safety are priorities; ensure guests have a pleasant, safe stay.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
• Complete job duties in accordance with the hotel's policy and procedures.
