Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn hotel located in Maryland Heights, MO. This position will be responsible for guest arrivals, departures, in-house guest services, and handling telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room keys and provides directions.
  2. Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  3. Answers inquiries regarding hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  4. Keeps records of room availability and guest accounts.
  5. Computes bills, collects payments, and makes change for guests.
  6. Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service industry is required.
