The position is part-time (8:00 AM–4:30 PM every other Saturday and Sunday) with benefits including health and retirement options. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Mail distribution and general office support.
• Support reception duties on a part-time schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM every other weekend).
