CrossCountry Freight Solutions is hiring Freight Handlers in St. Louis, MO for part-time shifts (5am-9am or 1pm-6pm). This safety-sensitive role loads and unloads freight from trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or handcart, and requires certification.

You'll use handheld scanners to track freight, identify inbound freight, and uphold safety standards. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.
• At least six months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Safely load and unload trailers utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or hand cart.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight.
• Identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight.
• Verify the condition of freight to ensure quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
