Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver in St. Louis, MO. This non-exempt, full-time position starts at 7:30am weekday shifts with pay at $31/hour.

You will drive company vehicles to transfer freight on a set route, unload/palletize freight, and complete required paperwork to comply with DOT regulations. Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL, are at least 21, with 1 year of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations or terminal as instructed.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection.
• Load and unload freight onto/off vehicle with/without mechanical assistance.
