Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Patchogue, NY to build customer relationships and help create custom framing solutions. You will assist customers, complete framing orders on time, and maintain a well-merchandised store environment.

Responsibilities include supporting SOPs, safety programs, inventory, and Omni channel processes while delivering exceptional service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
