Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Part-time Framing Associate to assist customers in selecting framing options, operate framing equipment, and maintain an organized shop floor. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer use, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

You will help customers locate products, process framing orders, and support stock replenishment while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver customized framing solutions and build relationships with customers.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products in-store.
• Support Omni channel processes and participate in stock and replenishment tasks.
