Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products/services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they need.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and replenish stock.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
