Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Texas to support the Frame Shop and provide exceptional customer service. Follow SOPs, process framing orders, maintain displays, and assist customers.

You’ll participate in stock and unloading tasks and work collaboratively with the team in a climate-controlled store. Weekend/evening hours may be required; basic computer and measuring skills are expected, with frame equipment operation as a key task.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic computer tasks and measurements.
• Ability to use framing equipment and glass cutter safely.
• Customer service skills and basic store operations.
