Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the Eden Prairie, MN location to assist customers with framing projects and product selection. You will help customers find items, create custom framing solutions, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store.

The role involves processing framing orders, operating the cash register, and supporting omni-channel processes. Previous retail framing experience is a plus; you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
