Job summary

Michaels Woodbury, MN is seeking a team member to assist customers with framing solutions and to keep a clean, well merchandised store. You’ll help customers locate products, process framing orders, and support omni‑channel processes.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to SOPs. Prior retail experience and basic computer skills are a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; customer service focus expected.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and directed replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist omni-channel processes.
