Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes in Portland's Nordstrom Washington Square store seeks a Fragrance Specialist for Creed to deliver captivating customer experiences and drive Creed sales at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, fragrance/beauty preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a retail environment with relationship building.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to move in-store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Experience and sales strategy for Creed.
• Drive store-level sales and support Creed team in market.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Execute presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness.
• Support meetings and collaborate with management.
• Partner with manager to drive all business aspects.
• Open and close duties if boutique location.
