Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Material Handler for the Stand Up Forklift role in Austin, TX. The position is full‑time with a first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm and pays $18.55 per hour. You will load trucks, read load charts and BOLs, and handle related paperwork while following SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, forklift inspections, and adherence to GMPs and USDA/FDA guidelines. Experience with SAP is a plus; bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required; must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Requires 6 months of material handling in a warehouse environment; previous inventory control experience desirable (SAP, etc)
• Must be able to drive a stand‑up forklift and be certified as a forklift driver
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks accurately within prescribed timelines, as per load charts.
• Must be able to read load charts and bill of lading.
• Completes paperwork timely and accurately, including Bill of Lading (BOL) Sales Orders and Pre-load Inspection forms.
• Performs product consolidations and BIN transfers, using forklift when required.
• Operates stand-up forklift in safe manner; completes forklift inspections and check-sheets before using forklift.
• Performs scheduled and impromptu inventory cycle counts.
• Follows all Company rules, including, but not limited to: SOPs, GMPs, Safety, PPE, and all rules prescribed by the USDA and FDA.
• Performs other related duties and special assignments as required or assigned by Supervisor.
