Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator at our Forks Township facility. You will safely operate a forklift after training, load/unload pallets, and store products in a multi-tier warehouse. You’ll use handheld scanners and inventory systems to keep stock moving to stores.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working weekends/holidays. Expect an on-site, fast-paced environment with ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift work required
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts
• Willing to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
• Load and unload pallets of product to and from trailers
• Safely place and store product in multi-tiered warehouse storage
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Properly manage warehouse inventory by using handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems
• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed (e.g., sweeping, cleaning trailers, trash)
