Job summary

PepsiCo in Beloit, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate for night-shift operations. The role includes safely operating a forklift, loading/unloading pallets, and storing products in multi-tiered warehouses.

You will use handheld scanners to manage inventory and fulfill orders while maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. The position requires weekend/holiday/off-shift work, physical endurance for lifting 15–50 lbs, and comfort working in high-temperature, loud, and slippery

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Must work on weekends, holidays and off shifts.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load and unload pallets of product to and from trailers.
• Safely place and store product in multi-tiered warehouse storage.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Properly manage warehouse inventory by using handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems.
• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed (for example, sweeping, cleaning trailers, taking out trash).
