Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a part-time Forklift Operator at our South Windsor, CT service center. You will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long and operate on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

The role is Mon-Fri with various shifts and offers vacation after 90 days plus an attractive benefits package. Requirements include forklift experience, the ability to read manifests and use computer displays, and the ability to work fast-paced.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Some LTL experiences.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
