Norway Community Association is seeking a Part-Time Food Shelf Manager to oversee daily operations, volunteer coordination, and client services at the Norway Community Association building in St. Paul, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

• Must be able to lead and connect with volunteers.
• Proficiency with Google Suite is expected.
• Food safety certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day food shelf operations and client service activities.
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and organized environment for clients, volunteers, and staff.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate food orders to maintain adequate supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits and program statistics.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise volunteers; provide recognition.
• Post weekly on Organization Facebook about Food Shelf news and updates.
