Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is hiring a part-time Food Service Worker for St. Joseph Academy in Cleveland, OH. The role runs Monday–Friday on day shift with occasional evenings, aligned to the school schedule. No weekends or holidays. Pay is $14.50 per hour and includes opportunities for training and growth.

The team member will assist in food prep, set up stations, serve guests, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and service standards. Prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Professional communication with team and other departments.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and guest service procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and store properly.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Follow proper guest service procedures with a smile, eye contact and greeting.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment per rules and procedures.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask while performing duties.
