Riverside Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester, VA is seeking a part-time Food Service Retail Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the retail counter. You will handle cash, prepare and portion foods, and maintain sanitation and safety throughout the food service area.

The role requires basic food prep knowledge, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure timely meals and accurate orders for patients and visitors. Training is provided for department procedures and safety standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Allergen Awareness certification within 180 days (VA).
• Food Handlers Card within 30 days or Food Protection Manager certification (VA).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality meal service to retail customers.
• Set up, replenish, and break down service lines.
• Operate the POS cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to prevent delays.
