Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Allergen Awareness Certification required within 180 days.
• Food Handlers Card required within 30 days.
• Food Protection Manager Certification required.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve foods to patients, visitors and staff.
• Follow recipes and production worksheets ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Assemble patient trays accurately per diet orders and allergies.
• Maintain food safety, infection control and sanitation compliance.
• Use FIFO to minimize waste and label all products with dates.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and communicate with supervisors as needed.
