Responsibilities

• Performs cashier duties and general food service tasks.
• Washes, peels, cuts, and weighs fruits and vegetables for prep.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations while following safety rules.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment and ensures sanitation standards.
• Enters sales into the cash register and processes payments accurately.
