Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Cashes transactions and enters sales into the cash register.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in service and dining areas.
• Assists customers with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Relays information to supervisor and supports daily operations.
