Responsibilities

• Registers all sales of retail customers accurately and maintains security of money at cash registers.
• Maintains cashier work areas clean and orderly according to HACCP guidelines.
• Sets up cashier station at start of shift and maintains funds throughout shift.
• Records non-monetary purchases accurately.
• Ensures accurate charging of food products by verifying portion sizes and contents; reports discrepancies to supervisor.
