Aufgaben

• Transportation and Donations: Drive Salvation Army truck/van to collect donations as scheduled; Distribute donations to appropriate departments and programs; Oversee safe loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring safety of employees and volunteers; Interact with donors in a positive, professional, and friendly manner; Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Food Service Operations: Assist with weekly food preparation and meal service in accordance with all Health Department food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards; Serve meals to community members and program participants; Provide leadership and oversight of kitchen operations in the absence of the Food Programs Manager; Maintain proper food storage procedures for cold, frozen, and dry goods, including management of leftovers; Maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining, storage, refrigeration, and freezer areas.
