Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients per recipes and manual.
• Operate power-driven machinery to prepare ingredients.
• Cook, sauté, boil and fry food products.
• Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures and properly dated.
• Demonstrate understanding of the menu.
• Assist with serving orders while attending to guest needs.
