Qualifications

• Food handlers permit.
• High commitment to quality customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; seek quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients, follows recipes from cards or memory according to manual.
• Operate power driven machinery to prepare food ingredients.
• Cook, sauté, boil and fry food products.
• Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, properly dated, rotated and stored per health regulations.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of the menu.
• Assist with serving orders and attend to guests' needs.
