The Food Lead will train associates, grow foodservice sales, and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. Must be legally qualified for alcohol/tobacco sales and proficient with the store POS system.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability Mon-Sat, 4am–9am
• Must be legally qualified to conduct sales including alcohol/tobacco
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash transactions
• Familiar with store foodservice programs and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and HTG equipment, stock per Production Guide
• Maintain dated, food-safe products and proper temperature logs
• Ensure inventory availability for foodservice areas
• Provide excellent guest service per The Hi Five Guest Experience
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs
