Job summary

JSP in Butler, PA seeks Production Team Members to operate equipment in the Molding Department and produce foam parts meeting customer specifications. This part-time role offers 24 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts; pick one shift and three weekdays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Press operation – counting and visually inspecting parts made of foam
• Packing – building boxes, packing, shrink wrap, label, build pallets
• Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet all customer specific specifications
• Fork truck operation (required – will train)
• Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines
• Operate all equipment in Molding department
• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting
