A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to deliver evidence-based primary care for patients aged 18 months and up. The role covers a 27.5-hour week (Mondays & Fridays, every other weekend) with business hours spanning Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule.

• FNP license required with at least 1 year of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital experience.
• Experience providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Conduct women's health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.

Business Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM
