Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in the Clemson area. Position is 32-40 hours per week, 3 or 4 days, with coverage every other weekend and varying daily hours.

Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour. Full-time benefits include a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• 1+ year of primary care/urgent care/ER or internal medicine experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure.
• Deliver preventive care including vaccinations and screenings.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN when needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases and educate patients on management.
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for referrals.

3 or 4 days per week = 32-40 hours per week (Must be able to cover every other weekend) Business Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Compensation

The pay for this position is $75.00-78.00 an hour Benefits are available to full-time employees A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals
