Job summary

Falcon Farms is hiring a Part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores across our territory, ensuring displays are fresh, attractive, and aligned with seasonal promotions. You’ll work independently with local teams to create eye-catching arrangements and manage stock between visits.

Hours are early mornings on Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00-10:30 and Sat 7:00-8:30; pay is $16.00 per hour. Training is provided, with mobile phone allowance and route reimbursements to support your success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support your teammates with special activities when needed.
