Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. at Cub Foods Monticello is hiring a part-time union floral associate. The role offers a progressive wage scale up to $17.25 per hour, depending on experience, and a varied Sunday–Saturday schedule.

You will work with the team to maintain floral displays, assist customers, and stock and rotate cases. The job requires physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating basic store equipment; accommodations available as needed.

Location: Cub Foods Monticello

Reports to: Front End Manager

Classification: Part Time Union

Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $17.25 hour / depending on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

FREQUENT:

Physical:

lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

pushing/pulling to 2000 force lbs.

walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling, repetitive motion: turning, bending

Equipment Operation:

forklift, pallet jack, helium tank and carts

box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system

Mental:

judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction

memorization, reading, and writing basic computer skills

Environmental:

extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
