L.L.Bean's Tuscan Village Retail Store in Salem, NH is seeking Temporary, Part-Time Floor Stockers to join our team. You’ll receive, process and stock merchandise, prep products for floor display, and support operations such as returns, packing, and back-of-house organization.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, some retail experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We value detail, communication, teamwork and a positive, energetic spirit.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Some retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet units per hour production standards.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Product replenishment and stocking to floor standards.
• Utility tasks including restocking supplies and packing materials.
• Reprocessing: determine disposition of returned/rejected items.
• Pick and ship: audit orders and stage for carrier pickup.
• Organization: maintain clean back-of-house and stock areas.
• Safety: follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Brand Team: assist with floor sets and merchandising standards.
• Health and safety: participate in safe work practices and reporting.
