Job summary

L.L.Bean is seeking a Temporary, Part-Time Floor Stocker for our Outlet Store in Concord, NH. You will receive, process, and stock merchandise, process returns, and help with back-room organization and inventory control.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes stocking, price tagging, and assisting with customer service as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills in a retail setting.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and RF device usage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and stock merchandise.
• Process returns based on disposition and prepare for resale or other channels.
• Stock shelves and fixtures using established merchandising standards.
• Assist with back-room organization and inventory control activities.
• Audit orders and prepare items for shipment or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized work space and support store operations.
