Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and leadership on the floor.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members and develop skills in sales and operations.
• Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Manage merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Address in-store challenges proactively to ensure a smooth experience.
