Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. in Ohio invites applications for a part-time Floor Supervisor who will serve as a key holder and help oversee daily store operations with a customer-first mindset.

You'll support the General Manager, lead by example, train associates, manage cash handling, and assist with merchandising while maintaining a friendly, team-driven environment. Must be 18+, 2 years of retail exp, and able to get Key Carrier Certification in 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures
