Job summary

Lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at our Pittsburgh store. You'll support the Store Management Team, drive sales, train and lead sales ambassadors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

On the shop floor, you'll coach a team, demonstrate products, and promote Lush brand values while maintaining store standards and a positive work environment. Flexible evenings/weekends required; weekly 20-29 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use the StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example to deliver world-class service, including product demonstrations and customer consultations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical business practices in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors, promote teamwork and personal development.
• Diversity and DEIB: Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging among team members.
