Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead on Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC. The role functions as floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

Schedule includes at least 12-16 hours weekly with weekend availability and holiday support. The Key Lead will operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, and protect store assets while representing the brand and culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
