Berlin Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Floor Technician for a part-time role. The position runs 11 AM–7 PM, two days per week, with no weekends required, and offers same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Floor Technician or in a related environmental services role preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment, chemicals and maintenance techniques preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical and environmental risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care procedures: stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operate floor care equipment safely to clean and maintain surfaces.
• Clean carpets and upholstery using shampooing, vacuuming and spot cleaning.
• Maintain all floor types and ensure a clean, safe, and polished appearance.
• Follow safety protocols, infection control and regulatory requirements.
• Handle and dispose of waste per standards; report hazards and issues promptly.
• Support housekeeping and environmental services as needed.
