Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a related environmental services role preferred.
• Working knowledge of floor care equipment, chemicals, and maintenance techniques preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use appropriate precautions due to physical and environmental risks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper floor care procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment safely.
• Clean and maintain carpeted and upholstered surfaces.
• Perform routine maintenance and restorative care.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Properly collect and dispose of waste.
• Report hazards or equipment issues promptly.
• Support overall housekeeping operations.
