Floor Technician

Apply for the Floor Technician role at Marquis Health Consulting Services, supporting Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

Full‑time opportunities available. Same Day Pay!

Working hours: Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑4 PM and every other weekend. $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures such as stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing hard surface floors.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment to clean all floor surface types.
• Follow procedures to clean carpet and upholstered surfaces, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Properly dispose of all municipal solid waste, as well as infectious and pharmaceutical waste.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques preferred.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
