Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, buff, strip, and wax floors throughout the facility.
• Complete interior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
• Keep floor care and painting equipment in good working condition.
• Assist the Maintenance Department with general projects.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures while working around residents and staff.
