Job summary

Absolute Storage Management seeks a Floating Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero) to float among three Augusta, GA properties for about 24 hours weekly. You’ll help customers rent units, upsell insurance and moving supplies, and keep the office clean and well organized.

We value urgency, a people-friendly approach, and the ability to multitask across sales and admin tasks. A high school diploma is required; sales experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Property Manager experience preferred; background screening will be conducted.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities.
• Enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding new customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Shop local competitors and report information gathered to supervisors; assist with marketing initiatives.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors; perform daily administrative tasks including cash handling and deposits.

Approximately 24 hours a week, floating between our 3 properties; 8 hours at Attic Nook, 8 hours at AAA Deans, 8 hours at Augusta's Best
