Securitas US Business Unit seeks a Part Time Floater Officer in Willcox, AZ to maintain a safe environment across client sites. The role involves access control, patrolling, and enforcing site directives while delivering strong customer service.

You will interact with client employees and guests, monitor premises with preferred technology, and respond to incidents with professional judgment. Part-time shifts and competitive benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

TheFloater Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
